Part 1: How to Mix (The Transfer Method)
- Step 1: Draw exactly 2 mL (200 units) of water out of your brand-new 10 mL bacteriostatic water vial.
- Step 2: Slowly inject that 2 mL into the Melanotan powder vial, aiming at the glass wall so the water trickles down.
- Step 3: Gently swirl the peptide vial until the liquid is completely clear. Do not shake.
- Step 4: Draw the entire 2 mL of mixed liquid back out of the peptide vial into your syringe.
- Step 5: Inject that mixed liquid back into the original 10 mL bacteriostatic water vial (which now contains the remaining 8 mL of water).
- Store: Put the 10 mL bacteriostatic water vial (which now holds your fully diluted Melanotan) straight into the refrigerator.
Part 2: Dosing & Schedule (Using 10 mL Total Volume)
Because the 10 mg of peptide is now completely diluted across a full 10 mL (1,000 units) of liquid, the concentration is lower, meaning you will pull more volume on the syringe to reach your targets:
- Phase 1: Loading Dose (First Week Only)
- Dose 10 units on your syringe once daily.
- Melanotan: 100 mcg
- Schedule: Administer daily for exactly 7 days.
- Phase 2: Maintenance Dose (After Week 1)
- Dose 25 units on your syringe.
- Melanotan: 250 mcg
- Schedule: Administer twice a week for tanning maintenance.
Part 3: How Long It Lasts
- Total Liquid: 10 mL = 1,000 units total.
- Vial Lifespan:
- Week 1 (Loading): Uses 70 units total (10 units × 7 days). You have 930 units remaining.
- Maintenance Phase: Uses 50 units per week (25 units × 2 days).
- Timeline: After the initial loading week, the remaining mixture provides exactly 18.6 weeks of maintenance. The entire 10 mL setup will last roughly 4.5 months total.
