BPC-157

The standard daily dose for most adults typically ranges from 200 mcg to 1,000 mcg per day, with 500 mcg per day being the most common baseline.

Part 1: How to Mix (Reconstitute)

Think of this as simply dissolving the powder so it can be measured.

  1. Clean: Wipe the rubber tops of both your water bottle and your powder vial with an alcohol pad.
  2. Pull Water: Use a syringe to draw exactly 2 mL of bacteriostatic water out of the water bottle.
  3. Inject Slowly: Push the needle into the powder vial. Aim the needle at the glass wall and press the plunger slowly so the water trickles down.
  4. Dissolve: Gently swirl the vial in circles until the liquid is completely clear. Do not shake it like a cocktail shaker, as rough shaking can damage the peptide.
  5. Store: Put the mixed vial straight into the refrigerator. It must stay cold.

Part 2: The Dosing & Schedule

Now that the powder is dissolved in 2 mL of water, the math becomes very simple on a standard insulin syringe (the small ones with 100 markings):

  • Your Daily Dose: Draw up the liquid to the 10 units mark. This gives you exactly 500 mcg.
  • Your Schedule: Take this 10-unit dose 5 days a week (for example, Monday through Friday, taking weekends off).

Part 3: How Long It Lasts

At 5 doses per week, one vial will last you exactly 4 weeks.

A 10 mg vial holds a total of 10,000 mcg.

Since you are taking 500 mcg per dose, the vial contains exactly 20 doses (10,000÷500=20).
