Part 1: How to Mix (Reconstitute)

Think of this as simply dissolving the powder so it can be measured.

  • Add Water: Inject exactly 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into the 80 mg KLOW vial.
  • Inject Slowly: Push the needle into the powder vial. Aim the needle at the glass wall and press the plunger slowly so the water trickles down.
  • Dissolve: Gently swirl the vial in circles until the liquid is completely clear. Do not shake it like a cocktail shaker, as rough shaking can damage the peptides.
  • Store: Put the mixed vial straight into the refrigerator. It must stay cold.

Part 2: Dosing & Schedule

Now that the powder is dissolved in 2 mL of water, the math becomes very simple on a standard insulin syringe (the small ones with 100 markings):

  • Your Daily Dose: Draw up the liquid to the 10 units mark. Here is exactly how much of each peptide you get in that single 10-unit dose:
    • GHK-Cu: 2,500 mcg (2.5 mg)
    • BPC-157: 500 mcg (0.5 mg)
    • TB-500: 500 mcg (0.5 mg)
    • KPV: 500 mcg (0.5 mg)
  • Your Weekly Schedule: Take this 10-unit dose 5 days a week (for example, Monday through Friday, taking weekends off).
  • Your Cycle Schedule: Run this protocol for 4 to 8 weeks (On-Cycle), followed by a strict 4-week break (Off-Cycle) before starting another round.

Part 3: How Long It Lasts & Total Need

  • Total Liquid: 2 mL = 200 units total.
  • Your Dose: 10 units out of 200 units means you are taking exactly 5% of the vial per dose.
  • Vial Lifespan: This setup gives you exactly 20 total doses per vial. At 5 doses per week, 1 vial lasts exactly 4 weeks.

Depending on your chosen cycle length, here is what you will need:

  • For a 4-Week Cycle: You will need exactly 1 vial total, followed by your 4-week break.
  • For an 8-Week Cycle: You will need exactly 2 vials total, followed by your 4-week break.
