Part 1: How to Mix (Reconstitute 10mg vial)
- Add 1 mL (100 units) of bacteriostatic water to your 10 mg vial.
- Slowly push the needle into the powder vial. Aim the needle at the glass wall and press the plunger slowly so the water trickles down.
- Dissolve: Gently swirl the vial in circles until the liquid is completely clear. Do not shake it like a cocktail shaker, as rough shaking can damage the peptide.
- Store: Store in a cool dark place. Do not refrigerate.
Part 2: Dosing & Schedule
- Dose 10 units at 5 days a week. Here is exactly how much peptide you get in that single 10-unit dose:
- Peptide: 1 mg (1,000 mcg)
Part 3: How Long It Lasts
- Total Liquid: 1.0 mL = 100 units total.
- Your Dose: 10 units out of 100 units means you are taking exactly 10% of the vial per dose.
- Vial Lifespan: This setup gives you exactly 10 total doses per 10 mg vial.
- 1 Vial lasts 2 weeks when following a schedule of 5 days a week.
