MOTS-C – 40 mg

Part 1: How to Mix (Reconstitute 40mg vial)

  • Add 1.5 mL (150 units) of bacteriostatic water to your 40 mg MOTS-C vial.
  • Slowly push the needle into the powder vial. Aim the needle at the glass wall and press the plunger slowly so the water trickles down.
  • Dissolve: Gently swirl the vial in circles until the liquid is completely clear. Do not shake it like a cocktail shaker, as rough shaking can damage the peptide.
  • Store: Put the mixed vial straight into the refrigerator. It must stay cold.

Part 2: Dosing & Schedule

  • Dose 19 units on a standard syringe 2 times a week. Here is exactly how much peptide you get in that single dose:
    • MOTS-C: 5 mg (5,000 mcg)
  • The Cycle: Run this schedule for 1 month on, followed by 1 month off before starting your next cycle.

Part 3: How Long It Lasts

1 Vial lasts 4 weeks (exactly 1 month) when following a schedule of 2 days a week, perfectly matching your 1-month-on cycle.

Total Liquid: 1.5 mL = 150 units total.

Your Dose: 19 units out of 150 units means you are taking exactly 12.5% of the vial per dose.

Vial Lifespan: This setup gives you exactly 8 total doses per 40 mg vial.
