Part 1: How to Mix (Reconstitute 5mg vial)
- Add 1 mL (100 units) of bacteriostatic water to your 5 mg Selank vial.
- Slowly push the needle into the powder vial. Aim the needle at the glass wall and press the plunger slowly so the water trickles down.
- Dissolve: Gently swirl the vial in circles until the liquid is completely clear. Do not shake it like a cocktail shaker, as rough shaking can damage the peptide.
- Store: Put the mixed vial straight into the refrigerator. It must stay cold.
Part 2: Dosing & Schedule
- Dose 10 units on your syringe. Here is exactly how much peptide you get in that single 10-unit dose:
- The Schedule: Administer this dose once daily 5 days a week, or use it on an as-needed basis depending on your protocol.
- The Cycle: Run this schedule for 2 weeks on, followed by a 2 week break before starting your next cycle.

- Vial Lifespan: This setup gives you exactly 10 total doses per 5 mg vial.
